We do not accept physical returns at this time. All apparel is pre-ordered and never resold. You will never get anything worn by anyone else. We also want to cut back on any carbon footprints caused by shipping back returns. Please keep the apparel and donate or gift it as you see fit (and depending on reason for wanting to return). We prefer to fix any issues and remake your apparel at no extra cost, or offer store credit towards another purchase instead. ​ If you do have issues with your order, please reach out and let us know. We will work with you on correcting and remaking any apparel that is defective - all at no cost to you. We avoid refunds as much as possible but can accommodate if necessary. We prefer to fix any issues and remake your apparel at no extra cost, or offer store credit towards another purchase instead. We understand that in today's ecommerce it is common (and often exercised) to order, return, and refund without second thoughts. Unfortunately, we are not a big box store or capable of operating the same way. If we process too many chargebacks (refunds) we can lose our ability to use Wix Payments and sell online. ​ If you do have issues with your order, please reach out and let us know. All items are handmade and will take 5-8 business days to process. Once they are made it will take another 3-5 days to ship - via UPS ground.
